Abstract: With the development of big data technologies，the growing number of big data healthcare studies and the thriving mobile healthcare industry bring favorable opportunities for the development of China's community health services characterized by wide coverage and high availability.However，severe challenges to its development are also brought by entering the era of big data due to lack of adequate human and material resources，lack of advanced technologies，sound laws and regulations for the management of big data，increasingly prominent information security risks with the application of big data and other unfavorable internal and external factors.We used the SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats for the development of China's community health services in the era of big data，and based on this，proposed targeted development strategies.

摘要： 大数据时代的来临对我国社区卫生服务提出了更高的要求。社区卫生服务覆盖面广、可及性高等特点，以及国内外蓬勃发展的医疗健康大数据研究和移动医疗产业，均为社区卫生服务在新时代下的发展奠定了基础。然而其面临的内外部局限性也不容忽视，如人力物力匮乏、数据治理的技术困境、法律法规不健全，以及随着大数据的应用愈加凸显的信息安全隐患等。本文运用态势分析法对大数据时代下我国社区卫生服务的内部环境（优势、劣势）和外部条件（机遇、威胁）进行了系统剖析，并据此提出了相应的发展战略。
