原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者的心血管风险研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症（PHPT）是一种由于甲状旁腺激素（PTH）分泌过多造成钙、磷代谢紊乱而导致全身多个系统受累的内分泌疾病。高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、血管内皮功能障碍、心律失常和左心室肥厚是PHPT的主要心血管危险因素，目前，PHPT的心血管代谢特征已被广泛研究。本文纳入了国内外多篇描述PHPT患者中心血管受累的文献，总结并分析了其研究结果，旨在提高临床工作者对PHPT患者心血管受累的认识，为临床制定PHPT的获益最大化治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Primary hyperparathyroidism（PHPT） is an endocrine disease in which parathyroid hormone is excessive secreted，causing disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism，and then leading to the involvement of many systems in the whole body. Hypertension，diabetes，dyslipidemia，cardiovascular endothelial dysfunction，arrhythmia and left ventricular hypertrophy are major cardiovascular risk factors for PHPT，and cardiovascular metabolic characteristics of PHPT have been widely studied. We reviewed many recent studies about PHPT with cardiovascular involvement，described and summarized the major research results，aiming to improve clinical workers' understanding of knowledge in this field and to provide help for them in developing options that maximize the benefits.
