摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大血管炎是一类累及主动脉及其主要分支的慢性炎性疾病，临床表现不典型，且缺乏特异性的实验室检查指标，常造成漏诊及误诊。近年来正电子发射计算机断层显像（PET/CT）在大血管炎诊断中的应用越来越广泛，提高了诊断效率。本文总结了南京医科大学附属南京医院接诊的3例经18F标记脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）PET/CT明确诊断的大血管炎病例，并结合国内外相关文献分析18F-FDG PET/CT在大血管炎诊断及病情监测中的作用。

Abstract: Large-vessel vasculitis is a chronic inflammatory disease involving the aorta and its main branches.Its clinical manifestations are atypical and lack of specific laboratory indicators，which often leads to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.In recent years，PET/CT has been widely used in the diagnosis of large-vessel vasculitis，greatly improving the diagnostic efficiency.This paper summarizes three cases of large-vessel vasculitis diagnosed by 18F-FDG PET/CT in Nanjing First Hospital，and analyzed the role of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis and monitoring of large-vessel vasculitis combined with the relevant literature at home and abroad.
