Abstract: Medical care and old-age care fusion is considered as the countermeasure to meet the medical demand from old-age.Against this backdrop,in this article,we summarized the meeting point between care services and medical services,and proposed the community health service system was a kind of organizational network as well as a tool which can help realize medical care and old-age care fusion.We argued that traditional Chinese medicine is the core of community health service system.We presentated the problems and challenges which might occur in application of traditional Chinese medicine in medical care and old-age care fusion.Meanwhile,we also gived some clear suggestions and solutions.

摘要： 医养融合被认为是解决我国养老系统医疗需求的对策。本文归纳了养老服务与医疗服务的契合点，提出社区卫生服务体系是将医养融合落地的组织网络和服务抓手，进一步分析论证社区卫生服务体系中的医养融合，认为医疗技术核心应是中医药技术，并对中医药技术应用于医养融合将面临的问题与挑战进行阐述，同时给出了较为明确的解决对策与建议。
