Theoretical Discussion on the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma by Harmonizing Yingqi and Weiqi

Abstract

Abstract: Cough variant asthma accounts for up to 1/3 of all chronic cough causes.In this article，we explored the relationships of disharmony of Yingqi and Weiqi with TCM-based physical characteristics，and pathogenesis of allergic reactions caused by immune imbalance at remission stage of cough variant asthma，and TCM-related etiologic factors and morbidity characteristics at the exacerbation stage.And we concluded that the basic pathogenesis of cough variant asthma is disharmony between Yingqi and Weiqi，so harmonizing the relationship between the two is an important therapeutic method for the disease.Finally we expounded the application ways of Guizhi decoction，a treatment regimen，which can be modified in accordance with the individual conditions at both remission and exacerbation stages.

摘要： 咳嗽变异性哮喘占临床所有慢性咳嗽病因的1/3以上，本文分别从咳嗽变异性哮喘缓解期的中医体质特点、免疫失衡所致的变态反应发病机制和发作期的中医学病因、发病等特点与营卫不和的关系进行了探究，并归纳认为营卫不和是咳嗽变异性哮喘的基本病机，得出了调和营卫法是治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的重要方法，进而阐述了桂枝汤类方在咳嗽变异性哮喘缓解期和急性期的加减运用方法。
