Research Status and Trend of Smart Healthcare：a Literature Review

Abstract

Abstract: Smart healthcare has been applied to healthcare fields since the Smarter Planet initiative launched in 2009.It leads to more convenient，efficient and personalized medical services via advancing the traditional medical management in a smart way.We introduced the concept of smart healthcare，and detailed its help during the achievement of clinical management informatization and regional healthcare informatization，development from disease-centered care to patient-centered care，from treatment of disease to preventive treatment of disease，and from basic electronic healthcare management to personalized electronic healthcare management，described its contribution to the development of wearable devices and healthcare reform，and described its progresses in the eras of Internet of things and big data.Moreover，we elaborated the challenges for developing smart healthcare and put forward targeted solutions from the perspectives of clients，medical institutions as well as decision-making management.

摘要： 自2009年“智慧地球”的概念提出后，智慧医疗便出现并应用于医疗领域，并以其智能的方式突破传统医学管理，带来了更方便、更快捷、更个性化的医疗服务。本文从智慧医疗的概念出发，阐述了其从临床信息化向区域医疗信息化、从以疾病为中心到以病人为中心的转变，并向从有病治病向未病保健、从基础医疗管理到定制个性化医疗管理的发展，分析了其与物联网、可穿戴设备、大数据、医改等的关系及意义，同时也指出其发展中存在的问题，从医疗用户、医疗机构和决策管理3个角度为进一步推进智慧医疗建设提出可行性建议。
