Abstract: This article discusses the current status，development barriers，and development directions of consumer-oriented mobile health applications （mHealth APPs）．Currently，there are more than 165 000 mHealth APPs in the main APP stores.The top two categories are health management and disease management.Other categories include self-diagnosis，medication reminders，patient web portals，and rehabilitation management.These APPs provide end-users with low-cost，high-quality，24/7 access to health information worldwide.However，owing to a lack of supervision，a lack of relevant evidence-based information，and concerns about privacy and security，mHealth APPs still have many areas in which to improve.Future directions may include integrating data into health care systems，providing interactive application platforms，granting access to electronic health records，providing cloud-based storage of personal health records，and delivering prescriptions through APPs.For mHealth APPs to achieve maximum value in healthcare and chronic disease management，all stakeholders in the industry must work together to overcome related obstacles.

摘要： 本文讨论了面向消费者的移动健康应用程序（mHealth APP）的现状、发展障碍以及发展方向。目前主要的应用商店中有超过16.5万个mHealth APP，居排名前2位的为健康管理、疾病管理APP，其他类别包括自我诊断、药物提醒、患者电子门户、康复管理APP。这些APP在全球范围内为终端用户提供了低成本、高质量、全天候访问的健康信息。然而，由于缺乏监管监督、相关循证资料不足以及对隐私和安全性的担忧，mHealth APP还有很多地方需要完善。未来的发展方向可能包括：将数据集成到卫生保健系统，可互操作的应用程序平台，允许访问电子健康档案并记录数据，基于云的个人健康记录，以及由医务人员提供APP处方。为了使mHealth APP充分发挥医疗保健和慢病管理的价值，从业的所有利益攸关方必须协作克服相关障碍。
