Abstract: The paper introduces the plan of standardized construction of family physicians’ studio in Jiading District of Shanghai,and makes an unification and standardization of it from aspects of hardware,software and services contents.From the perspective of running conditions,family physicians’ studio establishes the learning benchmarking for family physicians,improves residents’ awareness and satisfaction of family physicians,and increases the number of residents signing heath care agreements of family physicians and the management and control rate of hypertension and diabetes patients.Thus family physicians’ studio constructs a fixed communicative,cooperative and service platform for family physicians and residents who sign health care agreement,improves capacity level of their services.The studio can promote the further integration of community residents into community,which is a helpful support for family physician system.

摘要： 本文介绍了上海市嘉定区的家庭医生工作室标准化建设方案，分别从硬件、软件、服务内容上对其进行统一与规范。从运行情况来看，家庭医生工作室树立了家庭医生的学习标杆、提高了居民对家庭医生的知晓率和满意度、增加了家庭医生签约人数、提高了高血压和糖尿病患者的管理及控制率。可见，家庭医生工作室为家庭医生及签约居民搭建了一个固定的沟通、协作、服务平台，提升了家庭医生的服务能级，可以促进社区居民逐步下沉社区，是家庭医生制强有力的助推手。
