Abstract: Background Endometriosis is a common gynecological condition in which patients often suffer from painful intercourse and irregular menstruation，leading to reduced quality of sexual life and impaired intimacy. A deeper exploration of the physical，emotional，social，and spiritual dimensions of women's experiences is necessary to provide more effective and comprehensive support for the care of endometriosis patients and their partners. Objective To systematically evaluate the sexual experience and intimate relationship changes of patients with endometriosis，and to provide reference for formulating intervention measures to improve the sexual life quality of patients with endometriosis. Methods PubMed，CINAHL，Web of Science，Embase，The Cochrane were searched for Qualitative studies on the sexual experience of patients with endometriosis in Library，Scopus，PsycINFO，CNKI.cn，Wanfang Database，VIP Database，and Chinese Biomedical Literature database were searched until October 28，2024. The literature was evaluated using JBI evidence-based Health Care Center qualitative research quality evaluation criteria，and meta-integration method was used to summarize and interpret the research results. Results A total of 10 literatures were included，51 themes were extracted，and 10 categories were summarized to form 3 integration results：Poor sexual experiences and different ways of coping；The impact of sex on intimacy in the context of illness distress；and Unmet multiple needs for maintaining healthy sexuality and intimacy. Conclusion Medical workers should pay attention to the painful sexual experience and intimate relationship changes brought by endometriosis patients，pay attention to the positive psychological experience of endometriosis patients and their partners，build a continuous medical support system，guide the establishment of a positive disease coping style，and promote the joint management of the disease by patients and their partners.

摘要： 背景 子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科疾病，患者常因性交疼痛、月经不调等症状，导致性生活质量下降和亲密关系受损，深入探究女性在身体、情感、社会和精神等多方面的经历，才能为子宫内膜异位症患者及其伴侣提供更有效且全面的护理支持。目的 系统评价子宫内膜异位症患者的性体验以及亲密关系变化，为制定干预措施提高子宫内膜异位症患者的性生活质量提供参考依据。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、Scopus、PsycINFO、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于子宫内膜异位症患者性生活体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2024-10-28。采用 JBI 循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评价，采用Meta整合的方法对研究结果进行归纳、诠释。结果 共纳入10篇文献，提炼51个主题，归纳10个类别，形成3个整合结果：糟糕的性体验及不同的应对方式（个体化的性交疼痛体验；因愧疚心理和怀孕需求而沉默；因痛苦的身心体验而逃避；创伤后成长的患者采取积极应对）；疾病困扰下性对亲密关系的影响（性是维系亲密关系的“桥梁”；消极应对者亲密关系遭受灾难式破坏；积极共同对抗疾病加强了伴侣间的亲密关系）；维持健康的性与亲密关系的多重需求未得到满足（渴望正常而快乐的性体验；希望获得伴侣及家人的支持和理解；希望获得专业、有效的医疗系统支持）。结论 医疗工作者应关注子宫内膜异位症给患者带来的痛苦的性体验以及亲密关系改变，重视子宫内膜异位症患者及其伴侣的正向心理体验、构建延续性的医疗支持系统，引导建立积极的疾病应对方式，促进患者及其伴侣共同管理疾病。
