Research Progress on the Relationship between Stroke Environment and Social Participation

Abstract

Abstract: Stroke is a serious threat to the health of residents globally，and eliminating or reducing environmental barriers may have a rapid and positive impact on the social participation of patients.This paper introduces the related concepts and assessment tools of stroke environment and social participation，summarizes the research progress of the relationship between stroke environment and social participation，and finds that the stroke environment is closely related to the social participation of patients.However，the specific relationship between stroke environment and social participation still needs to be further explored.The future research should pay attention to and optimize the stroke environment，so as to improve the level of social participation of community stroke patients，and then promote patients' rehabilitation.

摘要： 脑卒中严重威胁全球居民健康，消除或减少环境障碍或可对患者社会参与产生迅速和积极的影响。本文介绍了脑卒中环境和社会参与的相关概念和测评工具，综述了脑卒中环境与社会参与关系的研究进展，发现脑卒中环境与患者社会参与水平密切相关，但二者之间的具体关系仍需进一步探究。未来研究应重视并优化脑卒中环境，以提高社区脑卒中患者社会参与水平，进而促进患者康复。
