Acromegaly Caused by Diabetic Ketoacidosis：a Case Report

Abstract

Abstract: Acromegaly is an endocrine disease due to excessive growth hormone secreted by pituitary adenoma .It is uncommon and physical changes occur gradually，so its diagnosis and treatment are often delayed.The diagnosis and treatment of one patient with acromegaly first diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis is analyzed retrospectively.The related literature is reviewed，so as to improve clinicians' understanding of acromegaly caused by diabetic ketoacidosis.

摘要： 肢端肥大症是一种内分泌疾病，多来源于垂体腺瘤分泌过量的生长激素，多起病隐匿、进展缓慢，易延误诊治。本文回顾性分析1例以糖尿病性酮症酸中毒首诊的肢端肥大症患者的诊治资料，并对相关文献进行复习，以提高临床医生对以糖尿病性酮症酸中毒起病的肢端肥大症的认识。
