Abstract

Abstract: The mode of onset，clinical symptoms and signs of multiple system atrophy（MSA） are similar to those of idiopathic Parkinson's disease（IPD），so it is very difficult to differentiate them.In order to improve the clinicians' awareness level of MSA and to reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and mistreatment，we reported one case of MSA misdiagnosed as IPD and reviewed related literature，summarized the clinical features，diagnosis and treatment，the causes of misdiagnosis of MSA and proposed preventive measures.

摘要： 多系统萎缩（MSA）的起病形式、临床症状和体征与原发性帕金森病相似，两者极易混淆误诊，本文通过报道1例MSA误诊病例资料并复习相关文献，总结其临床特点、诊治措施、误诊原因及防范措施，以增强临床医生对MSA的认识，减少误诊误治的发生。
