Abstract: Extravascular lung water(EVLW) is the amount of fluid accumulating in the spaces outside the pulmonary vessels,which is a parameter commonly monitored for evaluating the severity of pulmonary edema in ICU patients.EVLW achieves increasing attention for it can be applied to assess pulmonary pathophysiological conditions,pulmonary circulation as well as the outcome of critically ill patients.Therefore,correctly monitoring EVLW is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients.In order to improve healthcare providers' understanding of EVLW monitoring,we introduced some currently used methods for monitoring EVLW,focusing on comparing the monitoring principles,procedure of use,limitations and developments between them.

摘要: 血管外肺水(EVLW)即肺血管腔以外的液体,能够反映各种类型肺水肿的严重程度,是重症监护病房(ICU)常用的监测指标,其不仅可作为评价肺病理生理的重要监测指标,也能评估危重患者循环状态,判断重症患者预后,在临床上的应用越来越受到重视。目前,评估EVLW的方法较多,如何正确监测EVLW对重症患者的诊断及治疗均有重要意义。为加深对EVLW监测的理解,本文就目前EVLW的监测方法进行介绍,着重比较其原理、方法、局限性及研究进展。
