Abstract: Infective endocarditis（IE） -related stroke is rare in clinic practice.Due to atypical imaging features and clinicians' lack of sufficient understanding of the disease，erroneous diagnosis or missed diagnosis of IE can be performed，which in turn may delay the opportunities for treatment and support，and the prognosis may be deteriorated.We reported a case of stroke associated with IE and reviewed the relevant studies，in order to improve clinicians' understanding of the clinical symptoms and signs of the disease，by which the probabilities of misdiagnosis will be reduced.

摘要： 感染性心内膜炎（IE）相关脑卒中在临床上较少见，其影像学不典型及临床医师认识不足，造成误诊、漏诊，延误病情，影响治疗效果和预后。本文报道了1例亚急性IE致多发脑梗死患者的临床资料并进行了相关文献复习，以提高临床医师对本病临床症状和体征的认识，减少临床误诊。
