肿瘤患者癌性疼痛和心理痛苦及营养不良的相关性研究进展

Abstract: Cancer is a disease that has the highest morbidity and mortality.Cancer associated symptoms such as pain,psychological distress and malnutrition severely affect the quality of life of cancer patients.The interactions among the above three symptoms have not been comprehensively studied.In this article,we specifically analyze and discuss the close relationship and mechanisms of interaction among the three symptoms,from a perspective of clinical and molecular biology.

摘要: 肿瘤作为全球发病率及死亡率最高的疾病之一,其伴发的多种症状如癌性疼痛、心理痛苦及营养不良均可影响肿瘤患者的生活质量。国内外文献对上述3种症状相互作用关系并未引起较大重视,本文将从临床及分子生物学角度出发探讨三者间的密切联系及相互作用机制。
