    Case Sharing of Closed-loop Management Based on the Prevention and Treatment Platform for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    This dissertation introduces a case study on the "screen-diagnose-treat-manage" process for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) under a community-level COPD prevention and treatment platform. Explored how general practitioners can utilize their unique advantages, integrate various resources, and develop treatment plans based on individual patient conditions through questionnaire surveys, lung function tests, and comprehensive evaluations, in order to achieve early identification, accurate diagnosis, effective intervention, and comprehensive care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This approach provides an innovative perspective and practical pathway for managing COPD at the community level. This enhances the ability of primary healthcare providers to effectively prevent and treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, ultimately improving patient outcomes at the community level.

    Halitosis is a common clinical disease, which seriously affects the social and mental health of patients. General practitioners play a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of halitosis. Based on the review of the literature, this paper puts forward a set of ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of halitosis from the perspective of general medicine, including medical history inquiry, physical examination, detection methods and treatment strategies. This paper emphasizes the importance of personalized diagnosis and treatment, and points out that general practitioners should pay more attention to and manage patients with halitosis.

    The Murtagh safe diagnostic strategy proposed by renowned Australian general practitioner John Murtagh has been gradually used by general practitioners in clinical practice for diagnosis and treatment, mainly for initial diagnosis of common diseases, rapid identification of critical and severe diseases, analysis and judgment of the existence of diseases that can be easily overlooked, as well as to understand the patient's concerns and expectations. The general practice teaching clinic is an important training method for developing clinical thinking and enhancing diagnosis and treatment abilities of general practitioners. This article takes a patient with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) as a teaching case, applies the Murtagh safe diagnostic strategy to analyze the diagnosis and treatment ideas, analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process in combination with literature, summarizes diagnosis and treatment experience, guides general practitioners to think about disease diagnosis and treatment from multiple dimensions, trains general practice residents' general clinical thinking, improves the diagnosis and treatment level of PMR, so as to achieve the teaching purpose.
